Ensuring the wellbeing of our teams, along with our customers, is our top priority.
  • Daily health declarations are completed by our team before arrival at work
  • We’re washing our hands regularly
  • We’ve enhanced our cleaning procedures
  • We’ve adjusted our menu to enable social distancing in the kitchen
Can I order or pay via my smartphone?
Yes! We have a great webapp called Pronto Order and Pay, there’s no need to download anything, you can simply scan the QR code during your meal to order extras or pay for your meal. Our team are always available too if you would prefer to Pay or order with them!
Do you only accept contactless payments?
To help minimise contact in our restaurants, we are encouraging card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments via our webapp Pronto Pay or by card machine. You can pay up to £45 contactless on your card and unlimited when using Apple Pay and Google Pay.If none of these options work for you, however, we also accept cash payments.
